Color Breathing N.L.P.Technique


Here is a simple relaxation technique you may use when you are feeling stressed and need to take a few moments to relax, or to release the emotional charge of the moment or a limiting belief.

  • Get comfortable and close your eyes. Breathing deeply, nice and slow, in and out.
  • How you are feeling? Rate the emotion on a scale of 1 to 10? (10 = 100% identified)
  • Breathe in and out and allow yourself to let go.
  • Move your awareness to the undesired energy within you.
  • Where do you feel it in your body?
  • Does it have a color? What is the first color that comes to you assigned to that energy?
  • Feel where it is…See the color of it…Notice if it has a shape…Notice its qualities.
  • With your next inhalation let your breath move into that body space and absorb the negative energy.  With your next exhalation see the color of that energy exiting your body.
  • What color do you associate with healing? What is the first color that pops into your mind?
  • Breathe in THAT color.
  • With your inhalation let that color move into the space of your emotional trigger.
  • Allow your healing color to replace your emotional trigger color
  • See the emotional color leave your body
  • See the healing color fill up the hole with love, and light, and healing energy…
  • Continue this breathing color clearing & healing until you feel all of the undesired emotion gone and allow a great peace to envelop you.
  • Continue breathing in and out.
  • Now take a long deep slow breath in and hold for as long as your body will comfortably allow.
  • As you exhale SLOWLY, know that you are releasing any final bit of energy and color of this charge…It…IS…GONE, never to return without your permission…

It is now in the hands of the Universe to be transformed into love, joy, happiness, kindness and peace.


Self Worth


Do you believe in yourself or do you consistently sell yourself short?

Do you make goals but never quite achieve them?  You need to ask yourself how badly you want it. Do you want it bad enough to put all your effort into it or do you consistently fail to reach that target and make excuses for doing so?

You may need to look deep inside, do some soul searching and ask yourself what it is that you really want.  You may have to let go of the past, any pain people may have caused you or mistakes you have made up until now and start moving in the direction of your goal.  Take baby steps if you have to but get moving.  Write out an action plan.  Think about what is holding you back.  What is diverting your attention?  What do you want more, your goal or the diversion?

This is powerful.  When you realize you deserve better than what you have been giving yourself only then can you really move forward.  The question you have to ask yourself is “Am I worth it?”  If you can’t say yes with conviction, then you will continually sabotage your efforts.  You will continue living the same way you had up until this point.  You will never realize your dream.

You must know deep in your heart that God wants you to succeed.  He wants you to live out your life purpose.  Do you know what that is?  What is your calling in life?  What do you enjoy?  What motivates you?  What makes you happy?   These are all questions you need to answer for yourself.

Find your purpose and start living in the manner that will help you to be that person you aspire to be.  No more excuses.  Get rid of the distractions.  Realize that you are worth far more than you ever give yourself credit for.  Let go of the past and negative limiting beliefs.  These could be deep rooted beliefs from childhood. NLP techniques work amazing for this. Let go and start allowing all the good you deserve to start flowing in.  Believe you are amazing!  Haven’t you wasted enough time already?  Get moving!

Femininity is a set of attributes, behaviors, and roles generally associated with girls and women. What do you do to bring out your feminine side?  How do you express your sensuality or physical pleasure? Do you stimulate your sexiness or attractiveness? Many women are brought up to use their masculine qualities more than the feminine because we are taught to be strong, control situations and be stable or independent.  We hold in our emotions.  We don’t like crying openly because it signals weakness.  We have this belief that we need to rely solely on ourselves because we are vulnerable if we depend on someone else.   We feel the need to control situations to get the outcome we want.   In truth, everyone needs a balance of both feminine and masculine energy, yin and yang.

Nurture your feminine side.  Appreciate who you are and understand what your special gifts and talents are.   It’s time to reclaim your feminine energy and rebalance.  Use your intuition instead of logic.  Allow yourself to feel, the good as well as the bad.

There are ways to foster your feminine energy.

  1. Do activities that make you feel good such as getting a massage, manicure/pedicure, girls’ night out, enjoying nature, or anything that inspires your creative side. Indulge your taste buds.
  2. Act the part. Dress up and show up.  Put on nice clothing instead of comfort wear such as yoga pants.  Do your hair and makeup.  Feeling beautiful radiates confidence!
  3. Feel more pleasure. Why should men have all the fun?  Did you know that the clitoris has over 8,000 nerve endings and its sole purpose is to bring you pleasure?   There are many benefits to orgasm. It could improve your health.  When you climax you release a hormone called oxytocin also called the “love hormone” because of its role in facilitating social bonding.  It also helps alleviate stress and it can help you sleep better.
  4. Be more creative. Learn something you are interested in and become an expert.  Start jotting down ideas.  Have fun and play.  Think of ideas that are fascinating to you.  Explore that.  Think of where you would like to see yourself in 5 years.  What would you love to be doing?  When you have a great idea it may be divine inspiration.  Write it down.  Try and develop something from it.
  5. Encourage confidence. Do what makes you feel good about yourself.  I like dressing very feminine by wearing skirts and flirty shoes.  Men appreciate seeing our legs.  When you look good, you feel good.  When you feel good, you radiate self-confidence.  People will start noticing this flow of feminine energy.  Pay attention and notice more compliments or people opening up and talking to you because people are attracted to this type of energy.
  6. Beauty comes from within.  Looking beautiful is great but radiating beauty is another ballgame.  Smile at others.  When someone smiles at you, it’s hard not to smile back.  Do a kind gesture for someone else.  It not only makes them feel good, you will feel good as well.

Personally, I love having a nice selection of sexy shoes!  If I’m in need of a pick me up, you can find me at the shoe store.  Casually, they dress up a pair of jeans or any nice outfit.  They make me feel like a million bucks!

Do you have a ritual before you go out to look and feel your best? I like to feel fresh and clean and use a scented lotion all over my skin to keep it soft and supple.  Selecting the right outfit for the occasion is important with the right fit that accentuates your features.  Having the right fit in clothing, wearing a pair of sexy shoes and choosing accessories that make your outfit pop will make you stand out from the crowd.  When you look good, you feel good and that’s when your confidence soars.

I also have a little trick I started using before I walk out the door.  It’s so simple!  I snap a picture to see how I look.  This helps me to see how the world would see me.  If I see that I don’t look my best, then I make adjustments.    If you don’t look good or feel sexy, you may project that belief onto everyone else.   Be sure to look at yourself from all angles.  You can look completely fabulous from the front, but not so great from behind. Try this and see what it does for you.  If you do, I bet you will feel sexier and your sensuality will come alive!  You may find people are attracted to this new energy.  Always take time to pamper yourself.  You deserve it!
