As a lifestyle coach, I can give you the right inspiration and accountability to help you live your passion. Most people don’t even know what that is. I can help you unlock what that means to you and what you can do about it. I can help you gain more self-confidence. Without self-confidence you could be losing out on many things like that big promotion, living the lifestyle you want and deserve, or attracting the right life partner. Self-confidence is very attractive! Maybe you settled for less than you deserved in the past.
I am certified as a health coach through the Health Coach Institute and I am certified as a life coach. I am continually educating myself because I love to learn and enjoy passing that knowledge on to benefit others. An important lesson I have learned is that there are so many diets out there, but what’s healthy for one person may not be healthy for you. I have helped clients to discover what foods work with their unique body type. I help you set a weight loss goal, create a step-by-step plan and hold you accountable to help you achieve that goal. Most importantly, we discover through the breakthrough session, why you really want to lose the weight in the first place. There’s usually a bigger reason other than just to look better. I call this the big motivating factor.
I’m on a mission to help other women understand why making themselves a priority is so important. We are so used to taking care of everyone else that we put our needs behind everyone else’s. How can you possibly take care of those you love when you barely have enough stamina to get through the day? People generally go for caffeinated beverages or a sugary treat. It may seem to work initially but it sends your body into a blood sugar roller coaster ride. I help clients discover what foods give them energy and which foods take away, and what they can do when they reach that 3:00 p.m. slump. We work together to develop a lifestyle change by creating habits that are healthy and produce results that last.
I give workshops to help people break the sugar habit. Sugar is 8 times more addictive than cocaine! Eating excessive amounts of sugar has been linked to diseases such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke and even cancer. I teach you what to look for on food labels because sugar goes by many different names. I also give you healthier alternatives to satisfy your sweet tooth.
